Belizeans love to eat snapper! The best way to enjoy your snapper is “Fry Dry” as the locals call it.

Side note: There isn’t past tense in Belizean Kriol. Hence fry dry instead of fried and grind beef instead of ground etc.

  • Snapper
  • Vegetable or Coconut Oil for Frying
  • Limes
  • Salt and Black Pepper
